PRICE LIST
DISCOUNT:
- Children up to the age of 3 stay free of charge.
- Children between the ages of 3 and 12 years have 30% discount.
- From 1stOctober 2011 to 24th December 2011 prices are 20% lower.
SURCHARGE:
- Tourist tax with handling charges adds up to 1.01 EUR per day and is not included in the price of renting the apartment. Tourist tax for children is 0.51EUR per day.
- Pets 5 EUR / day.
- For every extra bed in the apartment: 10 EUR/bed.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
- In the period from 24. 12. 2011 and 2. 1. 2012 we accept reservations for a stay of minimum 6 nights.
- Check in is possible after 2.00 pm.
- Check out before 10.00 am.
- The price of renting an individual apartment is set by this valid price list or by agreement with individual client.
- According to the VAT regulations, VAT is not calculated into the price.
- Pricelist is valid from 1st October 2011.
THE PRICE OF THE APARTMENT INCLUDES:
- heating in the winter season
- electricity
- bed linen
- towels
- air conditioning
- internet
- free use of the computer
- use of the garden and grill
- sports equipment storage
